You can add unlimited number of users free of charge. This means that every office and factory employee, every dealer, or any person who works for you can have individually tailored access to setup your boat models and to view your boat usage insights. Once you create a new user this person will receive an invitation email and upon confirming receipt will create their login credentials in just one simple step.

No matter what types of boats you sell or service, you’ll find that TreMate will adapt equally well to a small jet ski or a large motoryacht. The smaller and less complex boats may only need few manuals and a simple maintenance plan, while larger ones may include numerous manuals, require multiple maintenance schedules for all onboard equipment, and may need an onboard inventory to track spare parts and other gear across multiple decks.

Each boat model can be quickly configured using pre-defined equipment used across your entire model range and updated with new items and options not offered before. Duplicate prior model to save time when setting up similar models.

Each model configured in TreMate consits of installed equipment, relevant files, and maintenance schedule. By creating artifact hierarchy, we simplified this process so all you need to do is to click on installed equipment and we automatically include all relevant files, manuals, user & service guides, and all required maintenance schedules. We also allow for multiple units per hull and serial number tracking.

While each model may have multiple options for owners to choose, each hull will have exact choices made by the owner or dealers if ordered for stock inventory. TreMate Pro lets you easily capture selected options, quickly record necessary serial numbers for select equipment items, and automatically includes default equipment.

Every new boat owner is anxious about its systems, maintenance procedures, and sorting though tons of manuals that come with it. Providing this information in a well organized, indexed and digital form is key in assuring a smooth start. When owners receive a welcome email from you and register with TreMate, everything they need will be automatically pre-loaded on their device(s).

Do you need to send our recall info? Want to check-up on new deliveries? Wish to send a survey form? You or your dealers will be able to communicate to boat owners through the TreMate app, often eliminating the need for calls, emails, and messages, providing simple and comprehensive history of all activities.

As proven time and time again, even with advanced mobile devices people loose contact info over time, and photos & notes usually get buried under thousands of new ones. The TreMate mobile app is the key to retaining all boat related records, making it easy to find any service record, onboard item or receipt using our Smart Search feature. By becoming a TreMate Pro you gain access to owner’s TreMate app data and communicate through it, making your job so much easier and more profitable.

Our Lifetime Subscription allows owners to transfer the account when they sell the boat. This means that you will maintain access to usage and service data no matter how often boat ownership changes hands. Because owners don’t pay for premium service and retain service history from prior owners using TreMate is an obvious choice and a great value to them.

That’s right, setting up and using TreMate does not cost anything. Our platform model enables us to offer our core services to you at no charge, inlcuding unlimited users and storage capacity. Our solutions run on enterprise-level Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform with top notch security and computing power.

You will pay a flat $50 fee for every boat you sell and provision on TreMate. Its initial and all subsequent owners will not need to pay for the lifetime of the boat.

We support any device including laptops, tablets, and mobile phones, rendering information in a best possible way based on users’ preference. Users can also download our free TreMate app from Apple and Google stores making it more convenient to access the data and to receive free push notifications: in-app or on lock screen popups.

Custom features can be developed for you at an additional cost. For companies who wish to promote their brand we offer custom implementations that include your logo and color schemes, stand-alone mobile apps, provide APIs for integration with other apps and sites, as well as fully integrated web and mobile solutions.
